What data we process
- Identification and contact data (name, surname, e-mail, phone, address).
- Registration form and questionnaire data (age, language, experience, driving licence).
- Documents you provide (CV, photo, certificates).
- Technical data about your visit (cookies – see Cookie policy).
Purpose and legal basis
We process personal data for the purpose of arranging caregiving services abroad, communicating with you and fulfilling contractual and legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent, contract performance and the controller's legitimate interest.
Retention period
We keep data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose, or for the period required by law. Once that expires we delete the data securely.

- Right to rectify inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
- Right to restrict processing and to data portability.
- Right to object to processing and to withdraw consent.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Slovak Data Protection Authority).
