Assistance is needed with hygiene, dressing, changing diapers, transfers, accompanying to the toilet, meal assistance, shared dining and cooking, social interaction, accompanying/driving to the doctor, accompanying on outings, and walking the dog. The patient's mother and siblings also live in the home. No night awakenings are required. A car is available. The caregiver will perform caregiving duties and household chores: meal preparation, shopping, laundry. The caregiver should be flexible and cooperate with other family members. The care recipient does not have fixed wake-up times; a daily schedule is followed, which may vary. There is a dog in the house.
