Care for an 85-year-old gentleman, 70 kg, 175 cm, who has had a stroke and is currently mostly bedridden. He moves with the help of a wheelchair and cannot stand up on his own due to lack of strength. His left arm has limited mobility; he can lift it slightly. He can move his legs slightly. His speech is weakened, and he is undergoing speech therapy. Physiotherapy is provided in the home environment, with a physiotherapist visiting directly. The gentleman is completely dependent on assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. Comprehensive care is required, including diaper changes, hygiene, and daily nursing care.
