Caregiver Sankt Augustin with basic knowledge

Care for an elderly married couple living together. The 79-year-old gentleman, 78 kg, 164 cm, has mild dementia and is dialyzed 3 times a week. He walks with a walker around the house; short distances he manages with a cane. He doesn't communicate much, mostly watches TV. He needs help with hygiene, showering, and dressing. He mostly goes to the toilet by himself. He is not incontinent but uses protective underwear at night for minor urine leakage. Especially after dialysis, he might need help with dressing. The 75-year-old lady, 36 kg, 155 cm, has COPD and only about 10% lung capacity, which significantly limits her physical abilities. She shows signs of mild dementia. She goes to the toilet and manages hygiene independently. The caregiver also ensures cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and general household management. Cleaning help comes once a week. Their son lives 15 km away and visits approximately twice a week, mainly taking care of heavier shopping and drinks. A stairlift is available. Lifting or night shifts are not required. Free time by arrangement.
