The gentleman cannot walk and uses an electric wheelchair. He requires full assistance with getting up, transfers, standing, maneuvering the wheelchair, and repositioning in bed. The caregiver assists with personal hygiene, intimate hygiene, dressing, eating, monitors adequate fluid intake, and changes incontinence aids. Escort to the doctor is also needed. The gentleman is mentally sound, has no orientation problems, or problematic/aggressive behavior. He requires direct communication and activation.
