He was recently hospitalized for heart and kidney problems. He moves around the house using a wheelchair. He can transfer from bed to bed independently. Walking on stairs is not possible. He goes to the toilet independently. He needs help and supervision with personal hygiene and partially with dressing. Nighttime rising is not necessary, and lifting the client is not required. The client actively performs exercises to maintain mobility. Support is needed with household management - cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, home care, and general daily activities, including watering garden flowers. Shopping is arranged in the nearby village, where there is a small shop and a bakery. Larger shopping (Netto, Rewe, etc.) is approximately 5 km away. An electric bicycle is available. Care also includes companionship for the client, conversations, and support for psychological well-being. The client lives in a family house. The caregiver has a private room with a garden view and a private bathroom. Night duty is not required.
