The opening on his neck has not yet healed and is being cared for by the nursing service. The gentleman is completely dependent on assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. He uses diapers and a urinary catheter. The caregiver changes diapers and empties the catheter bag. He can feed himself. Transfer from bed to wheelchair is done with a patient lift, with which the gentleman cooperates. A patient lift and a barrier-free bathroom are available. The caregiver also prepares meals, does shopping, cleans, does laundry, and manages the household. The family can also assist with shopping. The gentleman sleeps at night and night duty is not required. Free time as agreed.
