Care for an 88-year-old elderly lady (88 kg, 165 cm), who is mobile at home with a walker and uses a wheelchair outdoors. She is very forgetful but does not have a diagnosed dementia. She suffers from urinary and fecal incontinence. She goes to the toilet with assistance, her husband helps with changing incontinence products. Support is needed with hygiene, dressing, transfers, and household management. The lady requires supervision, especially when her husband is not home. The caregiver's duties include cooking, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining cleanliness. The family places great importance on household order. Meals are prepared for both individuals. Shopping can be done together with the husband. Lifting is occasionally necessary (minor assistance with transfers). Night duty is not required. The caregiver is also expected to support the husband in the daily functioning of the household.
