Care for an 87-year-old, independently living senior woman (165 cm, 95 kg) with heart disease (fluid in lungs) and senile weakness. The lady is mobile, currently weakened, and bedridden. Walking is slightly mobility-restricted, requiring assistance on stairs and to the toilet. Short-term memory is slightly deteriorating; she wears a diaper at night for safety. The lady requires partial assistance with hygiene and dressing, help with showering, washing hair, and entering the shower. She eats independently, goes to the toilet independently, and does not require night awakenings. She is occasionally awake at night. Shared meals, supervision of medication intake and fluid consumption, assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry care, shopping, social interaction, watching TV.
