Caregiver Tübingen

Care for a 63-year-old client (167 cm, 64 kg) post-stroke. The lady has had a mastectomy due to cancer, has paralysis on the right side of her body, impaired speech center, and is incontinent, using incontinence products. She uses a wheelchair for mobility and is at risk of falling. Assistance is needed with transferring the client to the wheelchair, performing personal hygiene, dressing, and changing incontinence products. The client has a hospital bed and a commode. Her husband lives in the household and does not require care. Household management, meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry care are needed. Shops are within walking distance. The caregiver has a private bathroom available.
