He requires partial assistance with dressing and personal hygiene. He uses the toilet independently. Medication intake needs to be monitored for regularity. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household management. The gentleman also cooks for himself; the caregiver should be present and assist as needed. His wife will be away on a spa treatment during the assignment, so the gentleman will be home alone. Nighttime assistance may be needed approximately once per night if the gentleman falls out of bed. Lifting is not required. Free time as agreed.
