Care for an elderly married couple living together. The 84-year-old lady, weighing 45 kg and 163 cm tall, has slight mobility limitations. She moves independently but slowly. She suffers from dementia/Alzheimer's, takes heart medication, and has open leg wounds that are managed by a healthcare service. Due to dementia, she often forgets, asks repetitive questions, confuses people, and has weakened short-term memory. At times, suspicion may arise, but aggressive behavior is not present. She is relatively oriented within her home environment, but her orientation is impaired outside of it. She sleeps a lot. The 88-year-old gentleman, weighing 60 kg and 168 cm tall, is fully mobile and quite independent; he even still drives. He suffers from urinary incontinence (uses pads) and early-stage dementia, which primarily manifests as forgetfulness and occasional misplacement of items. Otherwise, he is independent and requires only minor support. The lady needs partial assistance with dressing and personal hygiene; she uses the toilet independently. The gentleman only needs guidance or minor help with dressing. Meals are partially provided through a lunch delivery service; breakfast and dinner need to be prepared. The scope of work includes managing the entire household, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping, potentially including joint shopping trips with the seniors. An important part of the care is supervising the lady, assisting with basic tasks, guiding her through daily life, and ensuring a daily routine. A healthcare service manages wound care and medication administration. Night work is not required, as both are independent at night. Lifting is not necessary.
