She has difficulty accepting her health condition. She communicates understandably, although she has trouble finding the right words. Hearing and sight are age-appropriate. The lady is physically mobile without aids, walks independently, gets out of bed and off a chair without help, and only needs accompaniment outside the home. She primarily needs guidance and supervision for dressing and personal hygiene. It is necessary to ensure regular changing of clothes, guide her with daily hygiene, and assist her as needed if she wishes. She eats independently, but attention must be paid to regular shared meals and adequate fluid intake. She manages the toilet independently. The scope of work includes meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, laundry, running errands, providing companionship, supervising the daily routine, and maintaining a regular daily structure.
