Caregiver Filderstadt

Care for a self-sufficient 90-year-old elderly lady, 53 kg, 165 cm, who uses a wheelchair for mobility but also has a walker. She transfers to the wheelchair independently, can stand without support, does not require lifting, and manages stairs with assistance. The lady has gastritis, dementia, has had joint surgery, is partially incontinent, and wears diapers at night. She has weakened short-term memory and repeats herself often. She is self-sufficient with eating and using the toilet. She only requires partial assistance with hygiene (entering and exiting the bathtub – a hoist is available). The caregiver's tasks include household management – cooking, cleaning, laundry, and small errands. Shops are accessible on foot; larger purchases are arranged in agreement with the family. The lady needs motivation for light activities (crosswords, puzzles, gentle exercises) and involvement in simple household chores to maintain her daily routine. Night duty is not required. The daughter lives independently on the ground floor of the house.
