She is physically limited, moves with the aid of a walker, and also uses a wheelchair as needed. Mentally, she is fully oriented and sound. She suffers from cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure, which are treated with medication. She requires assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, using the toilet, and incontinence care (uses incontinence pads). She needs support with daily activities and general functioning within the household. The caregiver's duties also include household management, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and cooking, with dinner served around 6:00 PM. The care also includes providing companionship, conversation, spending leisure time with the senior, and engaging in joint activities, such as playing board games. The lady wakes up around 7:30 AM and goes to bed around 9:00 PM. Night work and heavy lifting are not required. Free time is by agreement.
