She moves independently but walks slowly. She needs guidance with daily activities. She needs help with hygiene, dressing, and toileting. Clean clothes need to be prepared for her. Medications, meals, and drinks need to be reminded. A regular daily routine is important. 88-year-old gentleman, 75 kg, 175 cm, has vascular dementia. He is slightly forgetful and sometimes confused. He had a stroke and a heart attack without consequences. He has dizziness and walks slowly. He needs help with hygiene, dressing, and, as needed, accompaniment to the toilet. Medications, meals, and drinks need to be reminded. He uses a sleep mask at night. Both need supervision, guidance, and assistance during the day. The caregiver also takes care of cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and ironing. She accompanies them on walks and to the doctor. Companionship and establishing a regular daily routine are important. Shopping is approximately 12 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. Both get up independently; lifting is not required. A shower chair is available. The lady also has a walker, which she is not currently using. Night work is not required. The family does not live nearby; neighbors can help in emergencies. A car with automatic transmission is available. Free time by arrangement.
