Caregiver in Cologne

Care for a married couple. The elderly lady moves with the aid of a walker. In 2020, she underwent surgery for breast cancer, and the anesthesia left after-effects. She is forgetful, anxious, and should not be left alone. The lady needs help with dressing and undressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. She requires companionship on walks, transportation to doctor's appointments, social interaction, and engaging in games or cards. The elderly lady's husband moves independently and manages his personal care by himself. In the household, cleaning, cooking, meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner), laundry, and shopping are required for both. An outpatient care service visits once a week to prepare medications. The caregiver should be able to use an iPhone and iPad, provided they have basic German language skills. Lifting and night work are not required. The caregiver will have a separate apartment. A car with an automatic transmission is available. The caregiver has their own apartment in the house and the option of a day off per week.
