Caregiver Cologne

Care for an elderly married couple living together. The 89-year-old lady, 56 kg, 167 cm, has worsening dementia, which sometimes manifests as distrust and jealousy. She has heart failure, leg swelling, and severe incontinence. She needs partial assistance with dressing, morning hygiene, and exercise. She goes to the toilet independently. At night, she gets up 2-3 times to use the toilet without help. The 95-year-old gentleman, 78 kg, 170 cm, has dementia/Alzheimer's, diabetes treated with insulin, and mild incontinence. He is forgetful, sometimes becomes noisy and verbally aggressive. He administers his insulin himself in the evening, but supervision is advisable. He needs partial assistance with morning hygiene. He goes to the toilet independently. He needs reminders to drink and supervision with taking medication. Both use walkers and hearing aids. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household management. Joint walks, games, puzzles, and motivation for movement are suitable. The seniors enjoy gardening, provided they are supervised. Lifting or night work is not required. Free time by agreement.
