Dementia manifests as confusion and verbal aggression towards others. The lady has limited mobility, uses a walker, and cannot walk without it. She gets up independently. She has urinary incontinence and uses absorbent underwear, which is changed twice daily. She requires assistance with toileting, personal hygiene, and dressing as needed, as well as general support throughout the day. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and household management. Her husband also lives in the household and does not require care. He only requires household chores as agreed. The husband provides nighttime care for the lady. Lifting and overnight work are not required. Free time is arranged by agreement.
