She can walk with a walker but needs supervision. Assistance is required for transfers to the wheelchair. She needs full assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. She needs to be transferred to a commode chair. A care service visits 3 times a week for basic hygiene and medication. In addition to caring for the lady, the caregiver also cooks, shops, cleans, and does laundry. Another caregiver, who speaks German well, is always present in the household. The two caregivers will share the care duties and perform transfers together. Night shifts are not required. The husband will be home for only 1-2 days and then will travel. Free time by arrangement.
