Care for an independently living 90-year-old lady, 65 kg, 170 cm, who moves with the help of a walker. She suffers from dementia, which is well stabilized. She has impaired short-term memory, drinks few fluids, and due to the high risk of falls, should not be left alone. She is calm, kind, and cooperative. She primarily needs assistance with dressing and, as needed, with basic personal hygiene. It is important to ensure she drinks enough fluids and to encourage regular movement. Short walks together are suitable daily, with the caregiver ensuring the lady uses her walker. In the evening, she goes to bed around 10:00 PM and takes a sleeping pill. If she wakes up during the night, she may need assistance. Household duties include managing the home, preparing meals, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and providing companionship. The family lives in the same building but in separate apartments, so they are nearby if needed. A small dog also lives in the household. The caregiver has a fully fueled car at her disposal. Night work or heavy lifting is not typically required. Free time is arranged by mutual agreement. The caregiver has her own toilet and bathroom.
