He wears diapers and approximately every other day the bedding needs to be changed due to nighttime leakage. He requires partial assistance with hygiene, dressing, and undressing. The 84-year-old lady, 45 kg, 165 cm, has milder dementia and slight confusion. She is oriented. She wears diapers, which she changes herself for now. She requires partial assistance with hygiene, dressing, and undressing. Both need supervision for medication intake and especially regular eating and drinking. Due to insufficient food and fluid intake, both have been hospitalized multiple times. The caregiver is responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. Shopping is accessible on foot. Lifting or nighttime work is not required. Free time as agreed.
