Care for an 83-year-old gentleman, 53 kg, 170 cm, who suffers from Parkinson's disease, dementia, and incontinence. Psychologically, he can sometimes be disoriented. Parkinson's primarily manifests as muscle stiffness (rigor). For incontinence, he uses a leg bag. The gentleman has slight mobility limitations and requires assistance with some activities, but is cooperative. Morning hygiene assistance is needed four times a week. Care includes preparing breakfast, usually porridge, lunch, dinner, and afternoon snacks. At 4:00 PM, he has cake or a snack, and the urine bag needs to be emptied. Dinner is prepared around 6:30 PM. Household cleaning, maintaining bathroom cleanliness, and general domestic chores are also part of the duties. A break of approximately two hours is possible during the day, but if the wife is absent, the caregiver must be present in the household. The job also includes managing the household for the wife. Night shifts are not required. Assistance may occasionally be needed during transfers, and the gentleman is cooperative. Free time is by arrangement.
