Care for a 76-year-old elderly lady, 165 cm, 70 kg, who suffers from lung cancer with neurological consequences and her mobility is severely limited. Movement is possible with the help of a wheelchair. She is not incontinent and needs to be taken to the toilet. Transferring from bed to wheelchair and from wheelchair to toilet 4-6 times is required (the commuting care service will provide training in the initial days). Full assistance with dressing and undressing, feeding, personal hygiene, and toileting is necessary. It is also important to ensure proper medication administration. Night work is not required. A physiotherapist visits the home once a week. Her husband lives with her; he is independent in his self-care.
