Care for a 95-year-old lady living alone, 50 kg, 160 cm, who has had a fractured femur neck. Mentally, she is fully oriented, without dementia, communicates normally, and can express her needs. She has good hearing and vision. She moves with a walker, requiring escort and assistance when walking. She is unstable and at risk of falling. Assistance is needed when getting up from bed or a chair, and when using stairs. Urinary incontinence is possible; she uses pads. She can control her bowel movements. The lady needs help with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. Assistance is mainly required for transferring to the toilet, dressing, and bathing. There is a bath lift in the bathroom. The lady tries to cooperate and still manages many things herself. She is independent with eating; fluid intake and regular meals need monitoring. Medications are prepared; their intake needs to be checked. The caregiver's duties include household management, cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, general household assistance, companionship, and maintaining a daily routine. Small shops are within walking distance; larger shopping is handled by the family together with the caregiver. Night duty is required approximately 2 times per night for escorting to the toilet. The family visits the client regularly. Free time is by agreement.
