Care for an elderly married couple in a shared household. Both require a walker for mobility. The wife, 73 years old, 70 kg, 180 cm, is mentally appropriately oriented but physically weaker. She suffers from polyneuropathy, has unsteady gait, and significant mobility limitations. She needs assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, daily activities, and doctor's visits. The husband, 78 years old, 95 kg, 180 cm, suffers from diabetes, has impaired vision, is unstable when walking, and walking is becoming increasingly difficult for him. He needs help getting up. He has incontinence (wears diapers) and mild cognitive decline - a dementia diagnosis is still being confirmed. He requires assistance with hygiene, dressing, daily activities, and accompanying him to the doctor. The caregiver is responsible for managing the entire household, including cleaning, laundry, cooking, and meal preparation. She assists with transfers, daily activities, accompanies the seniors on walks or to visit family, and ensures social contact is maintained. Night work is not required, only exceptionally as needed. Lifting is not necessary. A car with an automatic transmission is available. The caregiver has a private bathroom.
