(Temporally and spatially disoriented) The lady has had a fall, gets up with assistance, moves with a walker, and sleeps a lot during the day. She is incontinent and uses absorbent products. Assistance with hygiene, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation is required. Lifting is not necessary, and night waking is not required, except possibly occasionally. Household management, cooking, cleaning, laundry care, and shopping (within walking distance, to be taken over by family). A bicycle is available.
