An 81-year-old lady, 120 kg, 165 cm, has type 2 diabetes and mild urinary incontinence. She does not have dementia. A diabetic diet must be followed when cooking. She moves independently with a walker or cane. She requires guidance or minor assistance with dressing as needed. She manages other personal care independently. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, shopping, laundry, and general household management. A cleaner who visits once a week also assists.
