Care for an elderly married couple living together. The 84-year-old lady, 45 kg, 163 cm, has slight mobility limitations, moving independently but slowly. She suffers from dementia/Alzheimer's, takes heart medication, and has open leg wounds that are being treated by a home healthcare service. Due to dementia, she often forgets, asks repetitive questions, confuses people, and has impaired short-term memory. Sometimes she exhibits suspicion, but aggressive behavior is not present. She is relatively oriented within her home environment, but her orientation is worse outside. She sleeps a lot. The 88-year-old gentleman, 60 kg, 168 cm, is fully mobile and quite independent, even driving himself. He suffers from urinary incontinence (uses pads) and early-stage dementia, mainly manifesting as forgetfulness and occasional misplacement of items. Otherwise, he is independent and only needs minor support. The lady requires partial assistance with dressing and personal hygiene; she uses the toilet independently. The gentleman only needs guidance or minor help with dressing. Meals are partially provided through a meal delivery service; breakfast and dinner need to be prepared. The scope of work includes managing the entire household, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping, possibly including shopping trips with the seniors. An important part of the care involves supervising the lady, assisting with basic activities, guiding her daily life, and ensuring a daily routine. The healthcare service manages wound care and medication administration. Night shifts are not required, as both are independent at night. Lifting is not necessary.
