The lady is bedridden; based on her current condition, transfer to a wheelchair using a hoist is possible. She requires complete assistance with dressing, hygiene, and toileting. Hygiene is performed in bed, and the lady cooperates as much as possible. Intimate hygiene is needed twice a week, and hair washing once a week. She evacuates into a commode or bedpan. The urinary catheter needs to be emptied. Food is served to her in bed. Night work is not required. The caregiver also cooks, cleans, and does laundry. The husband, who lives in the household and does not require care, handles shopping. There is an adjustable bed, a wheelchair, and a hoist available. The caregiver has access to a guest toilet and a car with manual transmission. Free time is by agreement.
