Care for an elderly married couple living together. Both are predominantly wheelchair users and require assistance with transfers. 90-year-old lady, 85 kg, 155 cm, suffers from dementia and incontinence. She is calm, non-confrontational, and cooperative. She has more leg strength in the mornings, using a wheelchair for the rest of the day. She wears diapers and needs full assistance with hygiene, dressing, eating, toileting, and all daily activities. Her speech is very quiet and often incomprehensible. She can partially cooperate with transfers. She goes to bed around 6 PM and wakes up around 9 AM. Orientation to time, place, and people is only partially preserved. 92-year-old gentleman, 85 kg, 165 cm, is a stroke survivor with weakness in his right arm and right leg. He has a urinary catheter and wears diapers preventatively. He is oriented to time, place, and people. He can transfer to the toilet with assistance but requires partial help with hygiene, dressing, toileting, and transfers. He eats independently but needs monitoring for adequate fluid intake. The scope of work includes complete household management, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, companionship, and care for both seniors. Shopping is done with the family by car; shops are approximately 3 km away. Joint wheelchair walks are also part of the care. Assistance is needed for the lady with feeding, hygiene, dressing, and toileting. For the gentleman, assistance is needed with transfers, hygiene, dressing, and toileting. Night duty is not required. A wheelchair, an adjustable bed, a bath lift, and a ramp for stairs are available. Free time as agreed. The couple speaks Polish.
