Care for a self-sufficient 91-year-old lady, 50 kg, 160 cm. The lady is mentally sound, open, friendly, and gets along very well with good chemistry. She moves independently with or without a walker, gets up from bed and chairs on her own, without needing to be lifted or physically carried. Her hearing and sight are adequate for her age. She primarily needs help with personal hygiene, showering, and washing her hair, possibly with dressing and undressing, which she mostly manages herself. She eats independently, but needs supervision for adequate fluid intake and regular shared meals. Medication is prepared by another person; the caregiver administers it as needed. The job also includes household management such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, small shopping trips, regular errands, and light gardening. Larger weekly shopping is handled by the family. The caregiver provides companionship, helps with daily organization, escorts her on walks, to doctor's appointments, and during leisure activities. Presence, communication, and social support are particularly important. Night work is not required. Free time by agreement.
