Care for a self-sufficient 91-year-old lady, 50 kg, 160 cm. The lady is mentally sound, open, friendly, and gets along very well with good chemistry. She moves independently with or without a walker, gets up from bed and chairs on her own, without needing to be lifted or physically moved. Her hearing and eyesight are age-appropriate. She primarily needs assistance with personal hygiene, showering, and hair washing, possibly with dressing and undressing, although she mostly manages this herself. She eats independently; monitoring adequate fluid intake and ensuring regular shared meals are necessary. Medications are prepared by another person; the caregiver administers them as needed. The job includes household management such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, small grocery shopping, regular errands, and light gardening. Larger weekly shopping is handled by the family. The caregiver provides companionship, assistance with daily organization, accompanying her on walks, to doctor's appointments, and during leisure activities. Presence, communication, and social support are particularly important. Night shifts are not required. Free time as agreed.
