Care for an independent 87-year-old lady, 65 kg, 165 cm. The lady lives in a castle. Following a recent fall, she suffered a pelvic fracture, which significantly limits her mobility. However, mentally, she is age-appropriately preserved, oriented, and communication is without significant issues. She suffers from osteoporosis, circulatory problems, and has a pacemaker. Currently, she can only walk a few steps with a walker, using a wheelchair for longer distances. She requires assistance and supervision for transfers to and from the wheelchair. A lift is installed in the household between the living area and the kitchen, which facilitates movement within the house. Morning hygiene, dressing, and wound care are provided by an outpatient care service. The caregiver's role is primarily evening support, assistance with daily life, and supervision for the lady's safe functioning. If needed, the caregiver assists with evening hygiene, dressing, and routine daily activities. The main emphasis is on household management. The caregiver is responsible for cleaning, household care, laundry and linen maintenance, changing bed linen, maintaining bathroom cleanliness, meal preparation, and the general running of the household. The family emphasizes that this is not about demanding cleaning of the entire house every day, but about maintaining order and cleanliness on an ongoing basis. Night work is not routinely required; assistance may only be needed in exceptional situations. Lifting is not required. Free time is by agreement. There are 2 dachshunds in the house.
