Care for an elderly married couple living together. The 84-year-old lady, 45 kg, 163 cm, is slightly mobility-impaired, moves independently, but slowly. She suffers from dementia/Alzheimer's, takes heart medication, and has open leg wounds that are cared for by a healthcare service. Due to dementia, she often forgets, asks repeatedly, mistakes people, her short-term memory is weakened, sometimes suspicion appears, but aggressive behavior is not present. She is relatively oriented in her home environment, but orientation is impaired outside of it. She sleeps a lot. The 88-year-old gentleman, 60 kg, 168 cm, is fully mobile and quite independent, even still drives. He suffers from urinary incontinence (uses pads) and early-stage dementia, which manifests mainly as forgetfulness and occasional misplacement of items. Otherwise, he is independent and requires only minor support. The lady needs partial assistance with dressing and personal hygiene; she uses the toilet independently. The gentleman only needs guidance or minor help with dressing. Meals are partially provided through meal delivery; breakfast and dinner need to be prepared. The scope of work includes managing the entire household, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping, possibly including joint shopping trips with the seniors. An important part of the care is supervising the lady, assisting with basic tasks, guiding her in daily life, and ensuring a daily routine. The healthcare service manages wound care and medication administration. Night work is not required; both are independent at night. Lifting is not necessary.
