Care for a self-sufficient 88-year-old lady, 44 kg, 160 cm, suffering from chronic pain syndrome, arthritis, and chronic wounds. The lady is mobile with the help of a walker and uses a wheelchair for longer transfers and walks. The biggest issue is not her physical condition, but a significant fear of loneliness. She cannot be left alone for extended periods, making the caregiver's presence crucial, especially from a psychological standpoint, so she can continue to live safely in her home environment. Chronic wounds are managed by family members. She suffers from chronic pain syndrome but is not currently taking pain medication. She requires partial assistance with morning washing, dental care, intimate hygiene, showering or bathing, hair care, dressing, and undressing. She can largely use the toilet independently, with only partial assistance needed as required. She eats independently, but her food must be pureed to a semi-liquid consistency. The caregiver is responsible for meal preparation, shopping, general household chores, and laundry care. Great emphasis is placed on companionship, conversation, and the overall presence of the caregiver, providing the lady with a sense of safety and security. Night shifts are not required. Lifting is not performed; she cooperates with transfers as needed. The household is equipped with a walker, a wheelchair, and bathroom aids. Free time is arranged by agreement.
