Care for an 86-year-old lady, 65 kg, 62 cm. She has dementia and is significantly weakened after overcoming urosepsis. She is bedridden and needs to be gradually mobilized, although she can move partially in bed. She is incontinent and uses diapers, which need to be changed several times a day. She requires complete assistance with all tasks, including hygiene, dressing, eating, and toileting, with washing taking place directly in bed. The responsibilities of the caregiver couple also include complete household management: cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, general supervision, companionship, and organizing the day. Night duty is required, approximately 2 times per night for the lady (checking and changing incontinence aids). Moderate assistance is needed for lifting the lady, with the lady being able to cooperate partially. This is a demanding care situation, especially due to the bedridden status, incontinence, and night duty. A private bathroom with a toilet is available. There is a cat in the house.
